Payment, Insurance, & Self-Pay
Payment is expected on the date of your scheduled appointment prior to start of session. In certain instances, a fee can be modified based on special needs, limited resources, or family needs. If you need a fee modification, please speak to your therapist.
Billing your insurance for coverage requires effort from both the therapist and client. Clients are responsible for co-pays at the beginning of session and for bringing the necessary information about their insurance company and coverage. Your therapist will bill your insurance company for covered services. The client is responsible for any services provided that is not covered by your insurance.
If your therapist is not a provider in your network, you may have out-of-network benefits that will cover a percentage of the fees. Please check with your insurance company to verify your eligibility. In this case, it is your responsibility to pay the full session fee. Your therapist will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.
